It's a sunless tan that is applied via a special airbrush system resulting in an even, natural looking tan.

The Fantasy Tan formula as well as the specialized airbrush system are the result of years of research and testing by Starr Hanson, the founder of Fantasy Tan.  Fantasy Tan made its first appearance in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and there are now dozens of locations in the U.S.

How it works:  You stand in what ever you want to wear (a bathing suit is common), and the operator of the Fantasy Tan applies a quick drying mist to you.  The entire application process takes ten to twenty minutes.  Within ten minutes you can get dressed as the spray drys almost instantly.

Expect to have perfect looking "tanned" hands and feet.  It is also easy to do special effects by applying a darker coat to the areas of the body that get more sun, resulting in a natural look.

In this picture you see a processing cap used to cover your hair.  This is a water base product and the cap is there to hold the hair out of the Technicians way.
